1. Backbends for the Bendy

Once you’ve mastered Andria’s “Backbends for the Unbendy” workshop (coming soon!), test your metal with some deeper (poetically deep) backbends.⁣

2. How To: The Back Speil

When you take a private with Andrew, you will be treated to this speil, which in 10 minutes explains both all back pain, and what to do to be pain-free for the rest of your life. It really is just that easy.
